Senior 2nd Line Support Engineer
We are a Microsoft Gold Accredited MSP, evolving our team to meet some healthy growth ambitions. You will be an integral part of our growth.
Working from our head office in Milton Keynes, you will be supporting users all across the UK. You will be supporting 1st line Service Desk engineers and working with 3rd Line Engineer and Technical Specialists.
For this role, you will need to be a strong communicator who gets on well with others and someone who understands the importance of good customer service. You must also have a good attention to detail, be reliable and highly organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as an escalation point
- Prioritising and managing workload effectively
- Managing several open incidents simultaneously
Qualities
Experience/understanding of the following is required:
- Windows Server 2022/2019/2016
- Azure & Intune
- Windows 10
- Hyper-V
- Active Directory
- Networking (Switching/VLANs/Routing/Firewalls)
- Powershell
- Proven experience working in a MSP Environment
Qualifications/Accreditations
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a 2nd Line Engineer

- Strong customer service skills
- Proactive and positive approach to problem solving and client interaction
- Excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and use of own initiative to resolve complex issues
Salary - £30-£37k (dependant on experience)
