Digital Content Editor
Reporting to the Group Manager, Digital Operations, the main purpose of the role is to ensure that the brand websites are kept up to date with digital assets, content and creative that has been developed by the brand teams. The role entails some consultancy work within the business and the ability to interpret marketing briefs to ensure the digital landscape is updated within brand and marketing specifications.
The role sits within the Digital Operations team and will work with other internal and external stakeholders to deliver the following:
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to update the brand websites using a Content Management System.
- Manage projects from inception to completion and ensure that the content meets the plans and strategies from the category teams.
- Must be able to interpret marketing briefs and information.
- Ensure that all content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Ensure content is reliable and accurate, checking copy and updating as necessary
- Maintain content standards, including governance and enhancing for SEO where applicable, as requested by Digital Marketing.
- Build relationships with the internal and external teams and stakeholders
- Manage the CMS tool across the brands
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Meet targeted expectations and KPI’s while delivering accurate work.
- Ability to work under pressure sometimes to tight deadlines.
- Own projects aside from the usual BAU and manage relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing digital content.
- Reliable with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident managing client communications and expectations
- Hands-on experience using CMS systems such as Hybris and First Spirit (useful but not essential)
- Knowledge of wireframes and website layouts including best practices and principles
- Accurate with an eye for detail
- Some project management experience would be helpful
- Fluent in English
- Self-starter who can plan, manage and complete projects

- This role is a hybrid role with 2 days a week from the Wolverton, Milton Keynes office and 3 days at home.
