Client Engagement Manager
Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, client centric team. Partnering with our clients to develop & deliver on their IT Strategies as well as ensuring seamless service delivery.
This role aims to strengthen the relationships between Bluecube and our existing customers. Acting as an integral link between our customers and our technical delivery teams, this role translates technical issues and opportunities into an understandable format for our clients. Client Engagement Managers act pro-actively to continuously identify areas for improvement for our clients, whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and strengthen relationships with the existing Bluecube clients using a pro-active approach to all communication
- To pro-actively grow the revenue received from the Bluecube clients in a positive, accurate and ethical manner
- To carry out regular face-to-face service review meetings held with Bluecube clients and to act as a point for escalation within Bluecube if required
- To maintain clear, timely and accurate communication internally, either to the Bluecube management team, the technical team or to the head of Client Engagement
- To genuinely own your client relationships and take responsibility for providing the very best service you can internally and externally
- Any other reasonable task within your capabilities required from time to time
Essential Qualities:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Proven experience dealing with Microsoft technologies
- Confidence in a client facing role
- Outstanding time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Friendly, confident and professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated with the ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service to our clients
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in an IT managed services industry
Qualifications/Accreditations:
- Ideally higher education level qualifications or equivalent professional learning
